Jorge Gurgel is a jiu-jitsu whiz, but often frustrated fans for not using his jiu-jitsu skills in fights. When he does win, it's usually by submission, so it's odd that he would try to stand and trade with opponents. On Saturday at Strikeforce in Columbus, he changed things up.
